Keeping good customer service gets more business

No matter what kind of business you work for, wonderful customer service is always important. If your job isn’t in sales, & it isn’t in your job description to supply wonderful customer service to buyers, you should maintain that mindset anyway. An employee always represents the business that they work for at all times, so act accordingly! When I am out of work & off the clock, I still represent our business. I always think that the person I meet may become a customer, seems like this approach works. I believe making a wonderful first impression on someone will increase the options of them remembering you when the time comes. I am a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C technician, so I wear that hat all day every day, hypothetically speaking. If any one has a question about their cooling system, I answer it with a smile. If they are lost, I will provide them directions written down on the back of a single of our business cards. Even if someone doesn’t need Heating, Ventilation, & A/C help this week, they may still need it next week & I want them to think of me. Building word of mouth takes a long time, especially in the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business. Once you do your job people don’t need you again for a long time. If I fix your HVAC once, I will stand behind my moto & won’t charge you again if it breaks down. This is the sort of word of mouth that will get me a lot of Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business over time, but it does take a lot of time!
