Home renovations are hard on the heating plus cooling system

Over the years, I’ve been gradually renovating our house, i target 1 room at a time because of the crucial mess, expense plus labor involved, the projects consistently take a couple of weeks to complete, by the time I’m done, I’m eager to disinfect my condo plus get back to normal for a while.

No matter how careful I am to contain the debris within the labor area, it consistently spreads throughout the house. It’s also inconvenient to go without a powder room, home office or the living room for several weeks, every room in the condo features genuinely ugly popcorn textured ceilings. They are a crucial task to detach. I need to scrape every inch of the ceiling with a putty knife, then coat it in drywall mud plus sand it. This section of the renovation project is my least number one plus causes a gigantic amount of mess plus dust. I am genuinely careful about covering the heating/cooling vents in the room. I honestly don’t want the dust getting sucked up into the ductwork plus contaminating the furnace or air conditioner, and however, it’s especially unpleasant to labor in a room without access to heating plus cooling; Since the people I was with and I don’t have zone control, the whole condo is then left without heating or cooling! Occasionally I just adjust the control unit so that the furnace plus air conditioner aren’t working so hard. I tape a plastic bin over the vents in the construction zone plus hope for the best. I make sure to schedule repair for the air conditioner every Spring plus the furnace every fall. I suppose that all of my projects disadvantagely impact performance. I also have the duct system worked on. I don’t want to end up replacing the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system prematurely.
