The first exterminator I called tried to say the wasp hive was too big for removal

I hate it when you call a professional to help you with a serious job and they turn out to be poorly trained or ill-fitted for the task. We went through four plumbing services at our old house until we found someone who not only knew what sort of problem they were looking at, but was also competent enough to fix our problem. He didn’t sugar coat the severity of the issue with our plumbing system, but he was still kind and courteous throughout the entire process. That’s too much to ask of many of these companies as their employees often lack basic human empathy and communication skills. When you come across a great contractor, it’s like finding a needle in a haystack. I have needed the help of an exterminator for six months now, but the first bee removal service that I called out here tried to say the wasp hive was too big for removal. I thought he was joking at first until he repeated himself and confirmed that he was being serious. After he left, I called a different exterminator and they laughed when I told them that the first said the hive was too big for them to remove. Thankfully the second exterminator was able to get rid of my wasp hive and did it at a competitive price as well. I can’t say enough about the second bee removal service. The first exterminator had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I wonder now if he was licensed and certified for insect extermination, but I never bothered to ask while he was here. I was just happy to see him gone so I got him to leave almost immediately after claiming the wasp hive was “too big” for removal…
