If I could supply anybody a single piece of advice when it comes to building a house from scratch, it would be to stay involved. This was the advice I gained from people I knew when my wifey & I decided to build our retirement home. The people I was with and I made the beach house build project the focus of our life for sure. Ground wasn’t even broken until all of us replaced the HVAC device in the family beach house & got it sold. The people I was with and I then moved to a rental device while the house was being built. Both of us were newly retired so all of us made sure that at least a single, if not both of us, were onsite each afternoon. And this proved to be important because all of us were able to weigh in on some key decisions. This was something I entirely appreciated about our supplier. He encouraged our input. So all of us sat in on meetings with people like the HVAC supplier. Not only was it nice to be able to gauge a subsupplier’s professionalism & expertise, all of us got to know them. And they knew that all of us would be there if there were questions all of us could answer. My wifey & I were truly respected with the quality heating & air design for the house. Additionally, all of us had discussed the chances all of us felt best about when it came to the actual HVAC equipment. Once the HVAC supplier was onsite, all of us chose the exact models with the HVAC technology all of us most wanted. From there, it was pretty easy really. The HVAC supplier was so on top of it that all of us simply appreciated enjoying him & the HVAC suppliers do their work. And now, all of us have the best heating & cooling all of us have ever experienced.
