Always look for the silver lining.

I used to adore our job.

Being a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C worker had been a dream of mine ever since I was a kid.

My dad would take me along with him when he was doing repair on furnaces plus a/c units. He instilled a sense of toil ethics plus the want to be a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C worker while I was laboring with him. As soon as I graduated high university, I went to a work center plus found where the nearest Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C courses were being held. I ended up taking a university course at the local community university. Two years later, I was a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialist. I had an associates degree in Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plus I was start our work. I would have never thought I could become as frustrated with our job as I was now. My spouse constantly tells me to look for the silver lining when something frustrateds me. Right now, there is no silver lining. Both of us have a new owner who seems to be trying to push out all of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C workers who were under the outdated owner. I was ready to throw in the towel plus quit. My spouse told me that maybe this was just the start of a new work. I didn’t want a new work because I still wanted to be a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C worker. I had all the training I needed to be a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company. She smiled when I said that, plus said maybe I’m looking in the wrong place for the silver lining. That was more than two years ago, plus I am now a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company with our own growing business.
