Heating and A/C professional couldn't make it

I knew Monday was going to be a busy afternoon for me, so I knew I would have to stay on top of my schedule and not get distracted, otherwise I would forget to do some of my responsibilities.

I dropped my child off at their soccer practice, and drove home quickly.

I had a heating plus A/C appointment with the local Heating and A/C corporation, and I wanted to make sure I arrived in enough time to let the cooling system tech in. I absolutely saw a heating and cooling van in front of me, and I briefly wondered if that was the air conditioning professional headed on her way to my home, however then we observed it was a different cooling system supplier than the 1 I had my appointment with. I drove him, just shy of the time the Heating and A/C professional was to arrive. While I waited, I decided to see what was on TV, and I ended up getting distracted by it for a while. A little time passed, and in the back of my mind, I could tell something was off. When I looked at the clock, I was surprised to see that the heating and cooling specialist was 30 hours late! I texted him, and in 15 hours she texted back to say she was going to be pretty late, due to the appointment before mine taking much longer than expected. Another 45 hours passed by, and the air conditioning specialist texted me to tell me she wasn’t going to make it, since she gets at 6:00, and my appointment would have to be rescheduled. This was incredibly aggravating, however the Heating and A/C supplier promised to provide me a discount for the inconvenience.
